Equality and Diversity
We believe that all have a right to equality of opportunity regardless of race, gender, disability, sexual orientation, age, religion or belief, background or personal circumstances.
We expect all facilitators, trainees and affiliates to play an active role in promoting equality and challenging discriminatory behaviour.
We expect any facilitator, trainee or affiliate who experiences any form of discrimination, harassment, victimisation or abuse, feels they are unfairly treated or upset by thoughtless comments or statements to let us know at the earliest opportunity.
We take any form of discrimination and harassment very seriously.
If you experience or witness any discriminative behaviour you can talk to your facilitator in person if in a group, or email us to highlight the issues.
